ABOUT ME
I have a cat. An enormous (big, not fat), bratty black cat with thumbs (look up feline polydactyly) who demands a lot of attention. I love her.
I cook. A lot. I'm a fanatic for quality and control, so I do as much as I can myself--homemade yogurt, hand-cut pasta, etc.
I can't seem to get enough Heinlein or Asimov read lately. As soon as I finish one book, I pick up another right away.
I love sports car racing, especially the American Le Mans Series and the SCCA Spec Racer Ford class. F1 racing is pretty awesome, too.
I have a growing obsession with coffee--and I'm excited to learn more and grow at Taste!
