ESPRESSOS GALORE
We started with 2 grinders, 1 for regular espresso + 1 for decaf espresso. Then the Barismo squadron loaned us one from their shop to guest Linnaean St. and Nimac Kapeh during the espressothon. It hasn't been picked up yet. And as of today, Terroir has been kind enough to loan us a grinder. That's right, 4 grinders, which means espresso's galore! For now, the menu consists of the following:
La Lapa is being served as our decaf. The other 3 grinders are cranking out shots of Poker Face, Linnaean St., and Ademe Bedane. We also have some Terroir Kenyan espresso to serve, but only a limited amount for now so hurry up before it runs out. The synesso is the perfect fit for this kind of operation, too, with its ability to control the temperature of each individual group-head. Some bars don't offer this many beers on tap...
This is the is the beginning of something beautiful. Special thanks to Barismo and Terroir for not only producing phenomenal coffee roasts, but also for going to such great lengths to provide the best customer service, period. Bravo!
